The Malaysian chess circuit in December 2025 features three consecutive tournaments:
- Pahang Open: December 9-15, 2025 (7 days)
- Penang Open: December 18-23, 2025 (6 days)
- Johor Open: December 25-31, 2025 (7 days)
Strategic gaps between tournaments allow players adequate travel time between venues.
Between Pahang and Penang: 2-day gap (Dec 16-17) for travel and rest.
Between Penang and Johor: 1-day gap (Dec 24) Rapid is on Christmas day.
All venues are easily accessible via major highways and public transportation.
Early bird registration is now open for all three tournaments. Players can register for individual events or the complete circuit at a discounted rate.
